ShowUp is a fitness accountability app that helps users:
- Track gym check-ins using location verification
- Connect with friends for accountability
- Participate in challenges

You must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Comply with all applicable laws
4. User Accounts

- You may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account

- Do not share your account credentials

5. Location Services
5.1 Location Data
- The App uses location services to verify gym check-ins
- Location is only used when you check in at a registered gym
- You can disable location services in device settings (this may limit functionality)
- Location data is used solely for check-in verification
5.2 Accuracy
- We do not guarantee location accuracy
- Check-ins require you to be within proximity of a registered gym
- You are responsible for the accuracy of gym locations you register
6. User Conduct
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use automated systems to access the App

7. Challenges and Penalties
7.1 Challenge Participation
- Challenges are voluntary
- You understand the rules before participating
- Challenge outcomes are based on your check-in activity
7.2 Monetary Penalties
- Some challenges may include monetary penalties for failure to meet goals
- Penalties are set by challenge participants, not by us
- We are not responsible for collecting or enforcing penalties
- We do not process penalty payments
- Penalties are agreements between users; we are not a party to them
7.3 Challenge Disputes
- Disputes between users are your responsibility
- We are not responsible for resolving disputes
- We may remove challenges that violate these Terms
8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
8.1 Purchases
- The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or RevenueCat
- Prices are subject to change
- All sales are final unless required by law
8.2 Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can manage subscriptions in your device settings

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We are not liable for service interruptions

- The App uses third-party services (e.g., Firebase, RevenueCat)
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms
11. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
